Payment terms are net 30 days on approved credit for domestic shipments. Payments received after 30 days will pay interest at the rate of 1% per month, or fraction thereof, until paid.

Orders received by 3PM, Pacific Time, will be shipped the same day for parts in stock.

Unless a shipping company and account is provided, shipment will be UPS Surface (ground) and shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice along with a $5 handling fee.

Returns must include an RMA number assigned by GIGAVAC.
